Make the Yogurt and Kiwi Dream

This is a perfect breakfast any day of the week. Simple to make and super healthy but this recipe can also be enjoyed any time of the day as a healthy snack packed full of all the gut goodness of yogurt and the antioxidants of Kiwis. Enjoy!


Ingredients


  • 1 cup live or plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

  • 1 kiwi, sliced

  • 1-2 tablespoons mixed seeds (e.g., chia, pumpkin, sunflower)

  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Layer Yogurt: In a bowl or glass, start by adding half of the yogurt at the bottom.

  2. Add Granola: Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt.

  3. Add Coconut Flakes: Layer half of the coconut flakes on top of the granola.

  4. Add Kiwi Slices: Arrange half of the kiwi slices over the coconut flakes.

  5. Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, coconut flakes, and kiwi.

  6. Top with Seeds: Finish by sprinkling the mixed seeds on top. If desired, drizzle with honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
