Lives classes, content and community
We work with all our partners to develop the right approach for each new programme we deliver, taking into consideration the unique requirements that each organisation has, but the overall approach of any Lemonade project is always a combination of the four steps below.
1. Weekly live classes
Join weekly live classes, structure the week, connect with other mums and stay on track. Lemonade offers expert-led live classes covering everything from yoga, fitness, breathwork and expert chats (with doulas, maternity physios, and sleep consultants)
2. Great content
We have created accessible series and stand alone content targeted at the most common pain points that women experience in this phase of their lives. Everything from Calming Anxiety in 7 days, Improving your Pelvic Floor to Boost Your Mood the 7 Day Smoothie Plan. All content and series are designed for women short on time but wanting to see real impact.
3. Bespoke communities
Our in-house communities team are experts at building bespoke communities for our partners. This is the glue or special sauce that brings our other key elements together. It not only reinforces positive habits and builds consistency, but it also creates a valuable support structure for all mums during their time with Lemonade.
4. A personalised
journey
Everyone's experience of pregnancy and motherhood is different. At Lemonade we think it’s really important that all mums can personalise their Lemonade journey and focus on the areas that matter to them. Take the class that is right for you, dive into a series focused on your needs or just pick a piece of content that works for you today.

Lemonde Mamas works on monthly subscription model. We have different pricing models based on what activity requirements are right for each partner and how bespoke you would like your programme to be, but our aim is always to make Lemonade as cost effect as possible.
