Supporting new mums to stay active, connected and well throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to ensure every woman has access to the support she needs to stay active, connected and well throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.

We're already engaging with 1000's of new mums, but we want to support more. Our target over the next 5 years is to support 100,000 new mums across the UK.

We know that becoming a mother brings enormous physical, emotional and social change. While it is an exciting time, it can also be one of the most vulnerable periods in a woman's life. Too many women experience isolation, declining physical activity and limited access to specialist support. This is particularly true when working with already isolated communities.

The Lemonade Project exists to change this.

By combining evidence-based movement, trusted education, digital innovation and local community delivery, we make support more accessible, more inclusive and more sustainable. We work alongside healthcare providers that share our belief that investing in mothers creates lasting benefits for children, families and entire communities.
