We're on a mission
to support all mums to feel good!
Bespoke wellness communities designed for mums
The pre and post-natal period can be a challenging time both mentally and physically as a woman’s body, mind and relationships are all impacted. Lemonade was created to support women during this life-changing period. Using a holistic approach and offering ongoing support we help all women navigate this time with confidence

The reality check:
postnatal challenges
Transitioning into motherhood is a rollercoaster ride. According to the Royal College of Obcetritians and Gynacologists “as many as 1 in 5 women develop a mental illness during pregnancy or in the first year after birth” While around 8% of pregnancies involve a health condition such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia [NHS, 2024]. On top of that, around 50% of mums report feeling isolated and lonely during the early days of motherhood.
Our approach: the four pillars
The above numbers really highlight the need for better support and connection among new mothers as they deal with major changes—both physically, mentally and emotionally.
At Lemonade Mamas, we've crafted a unique approach around four interconnected pillars designed to enhance the well-being of all mums.
1. Movement
Physical activity is a game-changer for mental health. Exercise releases those feel-good endorphins that can lift mood and reduce anxiety. Our movement sessions are specifically tailored for pre and postnatal women, offering a supportive space to reconnect with their bodies. From gentle yoga to postpartum workouts, we help mums regain confidence and improve their overall well-being.

2. Breath
The research is clear breathwork is an effective way to tackle stress and anxiety. Learning how to control your breath can create immediate calm, helping mums find clarity amid the chaos. We incorporate breathwork at every stage of the Lemonade journey to help mothers cultivate mindfulness and resilience, making it easier to navigate the ups and downs of new motherhood.
3. Food
What we eat has a direct impact on our mental health, especially during the pre and postnatal period. The right nutrients can boost energy and mood, making recovery easier. Our focus on nourishing food includes content that highlight balanced meals and quick, easy recipes. By empowering mothers with knowledge about nutrition, we enable them to make choices that enhance their over health and well-being.

4. Community
The power of community cannot be overstated. Many new mums feel isolated, and we believe that connection and community is key. At Lemonade Mamas, we create bespoke organisation focused communities. This creates a support network that alleviates loneliness and reinforces the message that no mum is alone on this journey.
This holistic model creates a nurturing atmosphere where women can flourish, boosting their confidence and agency as they navigate motherhood together.
Creating connection: why it works
Our approach addresses the unique challenges that pre and postnatal women face by focusing on these four pillars. Studies show that social support can significantly reduce the risk of postnatal depression and improve mental health outcomes. By engaging with Lemonade mums don’t just work on physical and nutritional practices—they also build meaningful connections with others who get what they’re going through.
