Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cucumber, chopped
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup coconut water or filtered water
Optional: a handful of fresh mint leaves for added freshness
Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients
Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Core the apple and chop it into smaller pieces. Chop the cucumber and celery.
2. Blend
In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, apple, celery, grated ginger, chia seeds or flaxseeds, lemon juice, and coconut water or filtered water. Add the optional mint leaves for extra freshness.
3. Blend Until Smooth
Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more water to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavour as needed. You can add more lemon juice for tanginess or ginger for a stronger kick.
