Day 1: Banana & Oat Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Instructions


  • Blend Base Ingredients: Place the banana, rolled oats, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Add Nut Butter: Add the almond butter and blend until fully incorporated.
