Join Lemonade Founder and yoga teacher Billie and disconnect from your daily stress for a 3 hour mini yoga retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, calm your mind and nourish you from the inside out.

Whats included? 

1. An energising vinyasa flow pratice

 

Start your mini retreat with Billie's signature style of flow. Feel everyday stress melt away as you build strength, flexibility and focus. This session is perfect for all levels as Billie offers modifications and challenges to suit your individual practice.

2. Deliciously wholesome tea and cake

 

This is a time for us to saviour the moment together and enjoy delicious treats while chatting with fellow participants. Share your experiences, ask questions or simple bask in the after glow of your flow practice. 

3. Finish with a deep Restorative yoga practice

​

Transition from movement to stillness with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice. Using props (provided) you'll settle into gentle, long-held poses that release tension in the body and promotes a sense of peace. This final hour is dedicated to calming your nervous system and allowing your mind and body to enjoy a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness.

Billie has been a yoga teacher for 12 years and is passionate about helping women find their path to feeling happier through movement and breath.
