Billie Woodcraft

Billie is mum to three wild boys and has been a yoga teacher for 12 years.  Billie first came to yoga as a way of helping her cope with challenging mental and physical health.  She developed a passion for helping others find their path to feeling happier through movement and breath.

Billie teaches her signature style of flow yoga.  It's an almost dance-like class with grace and strength at its core, stretching and strengthening your body in all the right places.   Each class finishes with grounding breathwork and relaxations to leave you feeling calmer and happier.  

 

Community and connection are at the heart of all classes and Billie likes to incorporate chill and chat sessions, class socials and chances to ask questions whenever she can.   When Billie is not teaching she spends most of her time on football sidelines and running through muddy puddles with the 3 boys.
